How do I create a InvictaShark™ account?

Click on the "Account" link at the top of this page. Once on the Account page, you'll need to click on the link that says "NEW MEMBERS SIGN UP HERE". Supply a valid e-mail address and a password of your choice. You can then add your credit card and shipping info to your account here. You can also add or change it later by clicking on "Account". Only one account per e-mail address and credit card number is allowed. It's as simple as that. As easy as pie. A piece of cake. As basic as... some other dessert.

Is there any customer support?

Customer service is our highest priority. We love our Sharksters so much that we might call them up tonight just to coordinate our outfits for tomorrow. Our exceptionally knowledgeable customer service representatives will reply to all inquiries as quickly as possible, because here at SharkStores, we're not satisfied unless you're satisfied.

How do I activate my free Invicta Platinum 5 Year Extended Warranty?

Every purchase on InvictaShark includes a complimentary upgrade to Invicta's Platinum 5 Year Extended Warranty (a $25-$65 value). Included with your order is a small yellow booklet containing the Platinum Plan Application. In order to activate your extended warranty, fill out and mail in this application within 30 days of your purchase. Because you've ordered from InvictaShark, do not send any payment with your application, but be sure to include a printed copy of your InvictaShark receipt or packing slip.

What is InvictaShark's return policy?

We take pride in offering the best deals on the web, and we’re confident that our products will meet all of your expectations. However, in the extremely rare case that they do not, all of your InvictaShark watch purchases are backed by a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your watch purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving the watch for a complete refund (shipping charges are not refundable). The returned watch must be delivered to our Returns Department within 14 days of receiving the product at your residence.

Remember, returned merchandise must be in brand-new, unworn condition and still have all tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging intact. If the watch is in worn condition or if it has been re-sized, unfortunately InvictaShark will not be able accept the return or offer a refund. If any component is missing (such as tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging), you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. You must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any products to InvictaShark. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. If you would like to request an RMA number, please contact our friendly staff using our online form or call us at (888) SHARK-01. We’ll be glad to assist!

What if my watch arrives damaged?

We take extra care to ensure that you'll receive your watch with no damage or defects. Occasionally, watches break during transit. That really grinds our gears. In the event you receive a defective product, we'll be glad to exchange your unworn watch at no additional cost to you. Just give us a call at 888-SHARK-01 or e-mail us and we'll take care of you right away!

I got a tremendous deal on an InvictaShark watch. Is my item genuine?

You can rest assured knowing that all merchandise sold on InvictaShark is guaranteed to be 100% genuine. This means that we'll never sell a refurbished item, a used item or even a replica.

I just learned about a previous InvictaShark deal. Can I still order this merchandise?

Unfortunately, all InvictaShark merchandise is available only on the day that it is offered. All customers have until midnight (or until the item sells out) to take advantage of these great deals. If you miss out on something, you can check back often for similar items or sign up for our Daily Shark Bite e-mail. You'll receive instant notices of daily deals and offers as well as special members-only coupons and secret sales!

What payment options do I have?

InvictaShark accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard payments. PayPal is not yet accepted, but InvictaShark is working to make this option available in the near future.

What are my shipping options?

All orders placed on InvictaShark are only $4.95 for Standard shipping (3-7 Business Days). You may also choose Second-Day and Overnight shipping options for an additional fee ($14.95 and $24.95, respectively). Please note that standard and expedited orders placed after 2PM EST may ship the following business day.

How soon will my order ship?

In general, you can expect your order to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST generally ship the same day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will generally ship on the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the tracking number of your package once your item ships. Shipping information is available on your Account page, where you can also track your order.

What countries does InvictaShark ship to?

InvictaShark ships to any address in the United States and its territories. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam as well as all US Armed Forces addresses worldwide. If we had to invent a word that best describes our shipping practices, it'd be "Guamtastic".
